Our network is a multi-homed network, so if a telecom carrier fail, the traffic will be re-routed to other carrier. This procedure may cause a disconnect if you are hosting a game, unfortunately there is no technology available in the market yet, to avoid such behavior. The only guarantee we can provide you is that you won't have long downtimes as the traffic will be re-routed to other working carriers automatically.
From what it seems we had an issue with one of these carriers, and right now the traffic is forwarded towards our other carriers available in our network.
The reasons for this may vary : Unexpected hardware issues in the carrier, incidents such as a damage in optical fibers, huge volume DDoS Attacks towards a carrier and so on, hence why we have a multi-homed network with other carriers available.
