Run dxdiag and after that look under your system it will say what your computer is running, but not what your card is running. For that look under the Display Tab and look at what your DirectX Version is. For DirectX 11 is should say 11, butif its not running what it should say it may say something like 9Ex for DirectX 9. If this is the case then this is your problem.
All that needs to be done to fix this is to do a clean install of graphic drivers.
1- Go to your Programs and features and uninstall your graphic card software. Make sure to delete all graphic card software and drivers when it asks you what to uninstall.
2- Go to your device manager, right click on your graphic card and uninstall to make sure that all driver information is gone.
3- At this point restart your computer and do a fresh install of your graphic card software, that will include the drivers and what not you need.
