The only way I can think of is either creating games that are highly team supportive in structure (more so than TDM or even CTF, based of tactics, not skill) or making game play slow enough in a PvE scenario, that requires you to instead focus on accuracy rather than how fast something is damaged (fighting BAFMs or something).
