As for players that do not like changes, there are a lot of UI types to improve spacing instead of trying to put it all in 1 place.

Add a few more buttons for different "pages" like; friendslist, chat room, lobby, specs.
Talking about changes that would make everything clear and less of a clusterf*ck like GunZ always has been lol.
Also if you would apply the method Hi-Rez does for example with Paladins you use lesser images for the UI, great for shit pcs to load the game better.

A few good games that have great UI in terms of spacing; Paragon, Paladins, Overwatch, Smite, Garry's Mod, Borderlands 2 and a few more.. (simple clean with plenty of 'pages to scroll through')

But we do not want to delay V8 more I guess so rip a pip (I am sure he did a fine job on the UI in terms of a new colour/texture and what not).

The overlay/layout could always be changed (even after v8 being released) and it shouldn't also take too long to make the changes (approx. half a day to do most of the hard work).

Showing changes or even a roadmap would cause people to argue about the changes before v8 is even released.

They dont want to deal with a riot before its even out. I'm sure they will have patch notes on release.

Overall its pretty close, its just item balancing going on now for the most part.

Patch notes after release would be good, not on release itself (like any patch coming after).
But with more detail/information in the patch notes unlike what is happend in the patch (too many things got left out).

Developing GunZ isn't done with magic, it's a very annoying process which includes hours and hours of unpaid work (not just changing a couple of xml files, you need c++ coding experience and to actually understand the gunz source code and the mechanics), a lot of bugs, shitload of stress, its overall a very shitty experience, so you can't really demand anyone to do something, be nice to the devs and give them positive feedback since they're the only ones putting in effort and we're just whining xD. Good job devs and thank you for working on v8, can't wait to play it :)

Although we're not posting here daily, Freestyle GunZ is being worked on every single day. Recently we've added lots of great features based on your suggestions and we're constantly improving more and more aspects of the game. With V8 we want to deliver a superb, near-perfect experience, and that is why these final percentages are taking longer than you and us have expected.
