Need some graphics made for my website, will pay

I need 3 images made for my website. These images must have the same color scheme as my website. I'll be giving you text to place on each image, your job is to do the rest. The theme is league of legends. My website is http://www.elojob.com

I don't want someone who just started using photoshop yesterday to do this for me, only people with experience please. I'm not looking for something perfect, just something with some images and some text.

A couple things
1) Make the word "badge" more noticeable
2) Change the mail icon from blue to red, and change the text from "e-mail us at [email protected]" to "Questions? E-mail [email protected]"
3) Change "fast/reliable/professional" and "With the end of season 2 approaching" color to red (same color as my logo) and change the "after the end of each season...." text color white
4) Make font size of "With the end of season 2 approaching" a little bigger

Could you add a thin black border to this image? I'd like to see how that looks. Also, .jpg format please if possible

Also, its PNG cuz it enabled transparency. JPG format doesn't.

Change "With the end of season 2 approaching" to "THE END OF SEASON 2 IS APPROACHING..."

I want the whole block of text that starts with "After the end of each season" to be white, not just that one part. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough.

Change "Question?" to "Questions?"

Also, the word "badge" is still hardly visible.

I see those two.. and both are horrible lol.
The font that Brisk used it pretty weird/not 100% good to read.

Only reason I'm using those over what Brisk made is because

1) Brisk won't take any payments from me so I feel bad asking him to make multiple images and
2) I need the .psd for these images because I'll be updating text quite frequently.
