IF i rebirth which would be the best item to get? ( 50 coins )
well i know EXP ring is good but there is 2 but when i get it im scared the exp boost won't be as high as i expected.
So please reply with the best item to get rather it is as in

Fast KILLS
or Whatever. No meds cause these items are gonna be used in Sewer Arena DEATHMATCH.

Depends on what u want more, Faster lvls which you would have to get Exp rings which means faster rebirths which will get you more Items in the future.
donor revs and if u got 1hit kill nade just grind up to 99 agian in sewer
Get 2 exp rings, than get 2 shot gunz, than get sword, done.

Get Revolvers first
Don't take donor rev or OP weapons, its bloody annoying and makes you lose you're skills.
Buy 1 shotgun.
Depends on what u have allready since you can transfer items..
Revs or Rifle and go to Sewer :3
