are you using a router? if you didnt reboot it try that, otherwise try to see if your cables are clean enough to make a connection when connected to the computer
then how are you connected to the internet right now
call your isp
so its only a pc problem?? ok click on the network icon > open network and sharing center > change adapter settings > disable then enable it and see if its fixed. also have you done any changes regarding your ip or anything internet related??

If disbling and enabling your network adapter doesn't work.
Try using the onboard troubleshooter which will run a test and attempt to locate the issue, if this still doesnt work then reset your router, failing that then your ISP maybe having issues, sometimes can be identified by the lights on your router (Mine have 5 blue lights, if one begins to flash or goes red then its an issue at the ISP end)

1. go to adapter settings in network and sharing center
2. rightclick your adapter and go to properties
3. doubleclick "internet protocol version 4"
4. see if they are both on automatic
