I don't think you're banned, add gunz.exe & launcher to your firewall and anti-virus exception list.
Add fgunz to ur firewall exceptional list.

This issue is caused either by your anti-virus software or your windows firewall.

What's your OS? Have you tried restarting your router?
I had this happen to me, I realized I was opening Gunz straight from Gunz.exe instead of the launcher. Make sure you're using Launcher.exe to start Gunz so it can continuously update, otherwise you won't be allowed to enter servers. Hopefully this helps D:
