Is it just me or is there something wrong with the anti-lead system?

Well I've been noticing this quite frequently these past few weeks. I have no problem with people with 30-60 pings. But when it comes to people with 130-180 pings, my shots aren't registering. 8 consecutive shots fired and hit = 54 damage so I really have to work to the bone and make sure that every hit counts for better chances of my damages to register. I would like some inputs about this since I'm playing with friends from different countries. Am I the only one on this ride? Cheers!

Oh good question man. It's my way of showing respect to people, I used to write letters for old timers so I kinda got used to the format. Plus, It makes me unique in a sense i guess? I hope this answered your question. :)

I'm pretty sure it's not just you. I don't think the anti lead is perfect.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one in this predicament. Is there any way that we can go around this? Some kind of setting maybe?

The coders just have to make a better anti lead.

I had the same problem as you guys when I get slow Internet check your net speed it's probably from the Internet

When i play with users who are 150~250 ping,
I shoot them ealier when they shoot me but i take a damage ealier than them
So if wanna give same damage , have to shoot the enemy before 1~2 secu

no, you aren't the only one. it's because the anti-lead is bad man and you gotta need to wait for a fix.
thats exactly what happens when we were 1v1ing, my shots weren't registering on you

Happens to people with bad net. I don't don't do dmg with bad net but I can with good net. Ping doesn't make a difference at the U.S right now and i hit the same when I'm in Asia

This is somehow right. We've been experiencing terrible storms like one after another lately, it's that time of the year again I guess.

Edit: @Opeth: Yeah bro, I can see that now. Wasn't this terrible before though, like what I mean is, the anti-lead system wasn't always this delayed or inaccurate. Cheers from the Philippines brother!

Everyone experiences the anti-lead differently, some people have issues of shots not registering and to some people it works fine.

No, since it works fine to some and to some it doesn't, there's no way for us to exactly know what's going wrong.

Might I suggest changing it to the anti lead of a certain br server with closest to perfect antilead. You probably know what server I'm talking about.

As far as I know there isn't any server with a ''better'' anti-lead. Just servers with people that have such bad connection that it makes any anti-lead look good. :o.o

As for changing it to the anti-lead of this so mentioned other server. I doubt they will just hand over their ''secret''.

you must have been born and raised on freestyle gunz to not know there is a better server with better anti-leads. as far as anti lead is concerned of the top 3 FG is the worst.

Peer to peer is the worst type of anti lead from what I've heard and not only that but you can grab people's ip's in game... which can also be dangerous.... and everyone I know complains about the anti lead..

Even if the anti-lead was not P2P, it will still be possible to grab IP addresses since GunZ is a P2P game.
A server sided anti-lead will probably not be any better since that means data has to travel more. (Player1 > Server > Player 2 instead of Player1 > Player2)

Well isn't it possible to improve the anti-lead at least for a little bit? I love this server and it kind of makes me sad that I have to go Super Saiyan 12 to kill a moving target. I know we're asking too much and coding GunZ is not as easy as it sounds but please consider?

well duh its possible considering this server has the WORST anti-lead. It all comes down to weather they want to or not.

It's easy to say "just change it". WHAT is there to change?
