Hey guys.
I want to show something about bullying, and what it can do with transgenders.
since I am Bi sexual and I wonder how they think about it.
I got bullied in Holland too because of my Sexuality, and i just saw this video and this is exactly how i feel!

Doesn't matter what people are, everyone is different and it doesn't make them any less of a human being.
Plenty of kids get bullied, it's part of growing up. I'm not saying that I agree with bullying itself, but conflicts and arguments are a part of youth in general. People always have to put it on something like 'Gay', 'Transgender', 'Black'... Kids should learn to deal with it one way or another, like I said there are a bunch of those kids out there being bullied, having a rough year or two, maybe more. That doesn't mean you can simply blame the whole bullying on one particular aspect. Kids poke holes in each other, the weaker personalities, the more sensitives one will stick out, that's the way it works.
Got a guy in my class which is gay, everyone does respect him as he is, thats the way they should treat them.
Usually the bully gets bullied themselves for something and since it lowers their own ego/self esteem they feel the need to try and boost that by bullying someone that they feel superior than.
Three things that comes to mind when dealing with a bully;
1. Beat the bully, walk over and smack them across the mouth showing him you're not to be messed with.
2. Become the bully, find something about him that can you pick on them about.
3. Ignore the bully, a bully will ideally get a thrill off your emotional responses, if you simply show nothing towards the taunts then eventually they'll lose interest and move onto another target.
I know how you feel thought, I'm bisexual too I was planning on coming out but first I wanted to tell my parents, which didn't go really well after their reaction that i was going to go to hell, that i can't be a *** and blablabla they prayed for me which didn't do anything so I just didn't talk more about the topic but I still am and well when I move out I'll do whatever I want. I never really been bullied though although there were people who liked to insult me but I really didn't give a sh't about it so they kind of stopped when they saw I didn't affect me but Bullying is something that can destroy lifes even by single words.
I love all people, regardless of their inclinations.

Just wanna add on my opinion to that #3 because that doesn't always work for everyone. Take me for example. I was bullied literally every single day from the 1st grade until like maybe the beginning of 10th grade I'd say it stopped (Year 1 to Year 10). Everyone made fun of me because of the size of my forehead. Got to a point where everyone knew me, but majority didn't even know me by my real name, just as "Big Head." So I tried #3 around the 8th grade (Year 8), and it completely failed. There's a chance it can work though. They can take it as "oh this is boring he doesn't even react to it. kk new target," but there's another side to it too, which is what happened to me. They'll take it as "oh he doesn't give a shit if I make fun of him, so therefore I can keep doing it because it's fun and he doesn't care" lol. I wanted to try #1, but I was afraid of the punishment I'd receive. It all really depends on how you are as a person for how you should go about dealing with it. I don't recommend resorting to #1, but if all else fails, don't be afraid to try #1 and beat the shit out of them. The consequences will be a lot less severe if you do #1 as a kid vs. when you're older.Quote:

Anyway, just do what makes you happy and live care-free when it comes to these things man. I'm telling you. I stopped giving a shit at the start of 2014, and my life has been so much better. I see people a lot differently too. It's like I developed a "I-Can't-****-Witchu" radar :o.o
Ill just say that i agree with all of your statements. While my religion isn't "happy" about homosexuality, i personally am. Just due to the fact that we are all humans in the end and we should treat eachother in the same way.
As for the bullying, nobody would know you're gay in the first place, especially at a very young age; Heck, most people don't even know sex in general. I personally was bullied alot in my younger years (for a big forehead too) and usually results in violence. but at the end of the day, i just forget it all. I never overthink things in general and especially pains since they should have been forgotten in the first place...

-Jesse James & Tiger Woods had sex with many other people while married.
-43%-50% of traditional marriages end.
And what about divorce? I mean, the point of a marriage is to unite two people together forever, correct? Yes I am correct. So if gays can’t marry, then straights can’t divorce.
And you’re going to say two people with a penis marrying each other is going to ruin the sanctity of marriage?
Then, you want to say that I should just go back in the closet and act straight, cause God doesn’t want me to be gay? Really? Isn’t it against the Bible to lie? That would be lying. And also, I’m just not a liar. I won’t lie about who I am, just to make other people happy. I should be happy, with what I do in my life.
The whole point of this, is that I’m gay. I don’t want to be judged for it. I don’t choose to be judged. I really see no point why you even need to worry about what I like, and NO. Its NOT a choice. ‘Born This Way’ was written for a reason. If you really are so ignorant, judgmental and stubborn that reading this didn’t help you understand gays at all, you might as well go re-think your existence, because I’m sure the space your body takes up on earth could be taken by someone who’s actually worth the space. Someone who isn’t going to hate on people. This is just simply who I am. No gays ever change when you tell them to, because they can’t. You’re not gay, you don’t know what it’s like, how it feels, what we go through or any of that.
Here, lets try a simple exercise. Name a food that you hate. Then ask yourself why you don’t like that food. You don’t choose to hate it, do you? Its the way your taste buds react to it, not your choice. Go eat it, try and make yourself like that food. It won’t work. Because you were born that way. Well, sexuality is the same way. I’m not in any way, attracted to women. I can’t make myself like them. It’s the way my brain reacts to them. I am sexually attracted to men, and nothing can change it.
Nobody is ever too young to know their sexual preferences. If your young son/daughter tells you they’re gay, they just might be gay. If they tell you they’re straight, would you ask them if they were sure? No. Because you think being gay is bad/unnatural. But it is natural. Fact, I recently found out about a 9 year old boy who admits to being gay. And thank God, his mother is actually proud and supportive of him. That’s something a huge portion of gays wish for. And that little boy has something most of us don’t. Strength.

I have so much respect for the transgender community. I am gay so I can't understand how it was for them. I don't believe anyone who isn't trans or of a different sexuality than hetero should speak on the struggle of being bullied for being of the "standard gender or sexuality". Bullying can't be defined one way, a lot of us go through it in different ways. You can speak on your experience but you can't generalize yours with everyone else. I personally believe everyone who was bullied should reach out to whom they can for support, its not an easy experience to go through alone.
That's not fair. Silencing a group of people just because they don't know what it's like to be gay ? So even if I have one of the most positive things to say regarding how I feel about gays and how they shouldn't be bullied, my opinion just doesn't matter because I don't know what it's like to be gay ?Quote:

Be You! I remember coming out as bisexual to my family. My mother is seriously homophobic. My father could have cared less. I was bullied in lower grades of school, which stopped as I really don't care about much of anything. '-' I think that parents now are creating victims. When you create a victim by coddling them, there are going to be people who victimize them. It's no different than the wild i suppose.
Hate can not win against hate. Do not turn your feelings to rage as I do. Most people that bully, are extraordinarily unhappy people. And because they are unhappy, they lash out and put that anger on someone else. Kill them with kindness. Take it in stride, because a happy person doesn't attack another person. Fair points made, I got kicked out of my house and lived with my aunt for a year, who is married to another women, at first I used to cringe at the site of them kissing - heck I didn't really want to go to the wedding in the first place but I grew up, when you think about it there's literally nothing different from a straight relationship, there is still love and trust. People are just too narrow minded, closed brain for change and set on one thing and how that one thing should be and behave but it doesn't work like that now.

Kids / teens get bullied in school, outside or wherever. It's sadly part of growing up. The harsh rule is that the weakest will get picked on, if kids or teens are continuously bullied it is because they're easy to bully. I'm not saying this is right, I'm not saying it's completely their fault or that I agree with the activities.
What I'm saying is. When I a gay person gets offended, he might think it's because he's gay. When a heterosexual gets offended he/she might think it's because they're that way. When a black guy gets offended they call it racist and when a girl gets offended its sexism. When I get offended, it might be because I'm bald or someone just doesn't like me, he/she might be in a bad mood but I tend not to put it in a racial or sexual way, because I have no reason. You people shouldn't try to be offended all the time, and if offended blame it on who you are, you're bringing the racism and sexism up yourself. Once again, I don't necessarily agree with the offenses, but the response to it is something you guys can do something about yourselves, but I guess it's easier to just put it on racism and sexism because why not right?

After reading what slug said, I realized I get that weird feeling when I see homosexual PDA (public display of affection, and yes, the feeling applies to any gay, bisexual, lesbian, or transgender. There's no double standard to me where gay men kissing is gross but lesbians kissing is okay because it's "sexy" or anything like that). It's not so much a disgusted feeling for me, because I'm happy for them and their happiness. It just feels weird to me seeing it because it had been such a rare thing to see when I was growing up. Feels kind of wrong for me to feel that way, since I should react the same way I would if I were to see two heterosexual people cuddling or kissing or whatever, but idk.
The way I see it regarding homosexual bullying, it's never gonna end. It's one of those things where it's such a controversial thing that you'd never be able to get all sides to agree towards one goal, or even just accept homosexuality in general. Homophobia and negativity towards homosexuals is always gonna be around (IMO). It's something certain religions are against, it's something passed down from elders, etc etc. The only option I see is a majority of places will start allowing gay marriage, and haters/homophobes will just have to put up or shut up. But sadly, I don't feel confident saying there will be 100% equality between homosexuals and heterosexuals
