I can't make a picture for some reason. Any help, pls?

I tried googling a picture. I tried sizes that fit both the scale and the number of bytes, but it won't show as my profile picture..

It shows my profile picture when i go to my profile, but not when i post.

It needs to match the size dimensions set for this forums for the avatar to show up.
