Do u try to close your anti virus? or adding the file into your anti virus.
How? idk about it .
Uninstall antivirus
Windows 10: Windows Config -> Update & Security -> Windows Defender -> Windows Defender Security Center -> AntiVirus/Firewall OFF.
where is it?

Make a new folder in your Program Files called Freestyle GunZ
Go to Windows Defender (or what Anti-virus you are using) and add that folder you just made to your exception list
Download the game and install/extract it in the Freestyle GunZ folder
