Hello dear fremds,

Honestly.. The ThinkPad brands are more for business than anything else.
Basically, it comes with a 6th Gen i7 processor, which is very good.
As for the graphics, I think you're gonna have some little problems getting high FPS as it's an Intel HD Graphics 520 and normally, laptop are not high on VRAM...
For the RAM, I don't know how much is in there, but you can go up to 20 GB of DDR4 RAM.
The only thing I don't like about this is it might come with Windows 10...
But in the overall, I think it could run decent but not "most" games.
Would it run GTAV on high?

you need 128gb ram for GTA v
Not true, 4GB RAM is enough to run GTA V with the lowest setting,is not gna run as long as you want tho.
Im using 4GB Ram to run gta v online for 30-50min.
16GB is more than enough
As for you butters, I dont know how will it turn out
you got 16GB RAM but a shit graphic card, most likely it wont run smoothly
I tried to google it but it doesn´t make any sense to me lol
That card isn't that bad but because it's integrated, it won't be the best.

(when plugged in it runs gunz at 150-250fps)
K so for gaming its a no-go?
CPU and RAM looks good, just the graphics that ain't gonna handle it...

dont buy it
NVIDIA Quadro GPU's aren't made for gaming and Intel HD Graphics is just pure sh*t.

What do you need to do on your laptop for college? If its just for notes and other light applications, then I would suggest getting a cheap laptop (~$200) then spend the rest on building a PC.
