I wanne play now but when i launch launcher then i don't see a server.

Run your launcher first, And then you can use the Exe again.
There's an update soo...

its because the server just went offline

You must be Banned, Or actually try what "wowisgud" said, As your firewall might be blocking you accesing the sever.
