And saying it looks interesting is pure because I haven't seen such shotguns pass by too often / never before. And by seeing the poly count that made me say it was interesting. I'm waiting for the wireframe to burn this guy down, or just give feedback.

P.S. I could just note out that the big barrel thing is just stupid on the shotgun, and the texture stretches on few faces, but thats why I wanted the UVW as well. ****ers

Well, I'm not necessarily improving myself, but more the project. But, I see where you're coming from, I appreciate your criticism, and I actually did take your criticism into consideration, I tried lowering it to about 120, but I got it to 150, I tested out the texture and it didn't work out too well, it obviously needed some retexturing in some parts, but that is an easy fix.
And, honestly, you choose to waste your time here, you could simply scroll down, rather than post here.
A little harsh don't you think? I assume OP was simply meaning that he was adding a tidge more detail due to the weapon being fairly low poly to begin with, not that he was just ignoring criticism.
Here let me rephrase based off how I understand his comment. "Yah I was thinking I could maybe have done that, but seeing that my model was under 200 vertices, I thought I could get away with adding a little more detail".

By posting here you are asking for not just mine, but everyones opinion. And I realize 95% of this community is half braindead and just simply says they like it or not, but people like me and some others actually take the time to look and comment on what you post, and trying to help you improve. Exactly, I ask for your opinions, you are not obligated to give it away so easily, but I understand that a big amount of the community has little to no knowledge on this and usually just say whether they like it or not, like you've said. That's why I appreciate your type of criticism the most, even if it is harsh, I've gotten allot of harsh criticism and that has helped me allot. This prooves you know close to nothing about 3D. You spot a texture fail, congratz. Now please don't bother coming here with your useless replies.
Note* You need smoothing groups on the end of the gun so that the reflect light isn't flat like it is now.
For 'in blender' pieces, simply press "smooth shading"
For pieces exported directly from blender into game (bad, don't do this), create a vertex group named something like 'Smooth.00' and paint the whole gun
For pieces taken into 3DS then exported into game, select the different parts and simply add smoothing groups to each.
