GunZ wont die unless they DMCA every private server. Doubt that will ever happen. Nexon tries it (quite aggressively) with MapleStory servers, but all these servers keep coming back under a different name. Or they simply ignore the DMCA since they are hosting the server in a country where they do not care about it.
