Did I seriously get a warn (by Tenshin) for telling someone "U FKING NOOB"?

(And this guy was following me around killing me when i had 25HP no AP for maybe 30 minutes?) Then I get my equips and kill him. I think that was the least I could say. If I actually got the warn i would like to fight/argue this? How can I do that? Please respond, thank you!

Um, I did not get a forum PM, nor an in-game PM. But he stated on the thread i posted that I get a warn. Besides, "noob" is not ego...
So I just deal with me getting an unfair warning? After 3 dont they delete your character? I'd rather keep myself at 0 then 1 dont you agree?

Wow getting warned for getting angry?
If I went through the same situation, I probably would have bursted and acted without thinking.
I don't really see a problem with being insulted or flamed at once or a few times.
That report just proves how insecure this sylar guy is, really....-.-
I don't think he should get a warning for reacting so normally after such a situation.
-especially if it's only one screenshot that's barely any offensive.

Really, the system here, specificly on flaming is pathetic.
There should be like some specific details on how to report a flamer and what is actually considered flaming("real" flaming) or else everyone that gets angry for a quick second in-game will get a warning.
P.S. Any of you that has made it to conditional applications, don't reply, because I know you people are just going to be to a suck-up and reply with some stuff like "oh it's the rules, it should be followed" or some other bs. That also includes the forum mod wannabes >.>
What I'm tryng to do is show the flaws within this system and that there should be some changes.
