It's a glitch, based on animation canceling just like k-style(yes for ppl who are dumb enough, k style IS a glitch based on animation canceling)

just the dagger glitch its much much MUCH moar advanced,

so if you wanna ban it then i suggest you ban k-style and d-style :)

also I've been waiting for someone to report meh ;)

Now let me explain how that glitch works:
1st you dash+slash alot with 2 keys for Forward and Slash then when its at max cancel speed(slash cancels dash, dash cancels slash) when it slashes 2 times in the same slash, you jump-jump(click jump, on the way down click and hold jump) making it lock and turn the animation to -0delay error, making slash bugged and then look down and get slashed from your LEFT side, if the slash hits the wall behind you(misses you and hits above your head) means you're glitched, in other words, the lunge animation is cancel-able by RELOAD key, yes the very same key u're using to reload a gun.

This glitch is extremely hard, for ppl who never canceled anything except for normal k-style & d-style, should take few weeks to maybe even few months to master it :P

Btw... you can do the same for sword and kodachi to cancel the air slash animation, allowing you to slash 2 times in a row [slash-slash in mid air] then get stuck(unstuck by using block)... but its abit harder... you gotta do the same but instead of slash+dash combo cancelling... you gotta use void-step max speed for the weapon delay (max speed slash will always slash 2 times in 1 slash, the only way to spot it is to predict it or to hear it, its not visible because the 2nd slash is hidden behind the 1st one) :P

The Move under that is a Nubby one, Can only be done when your hit, This one seem's more advanced as you said.
Well Since it's the Speedy dagger, It's pretty hard to tell what's going on.

It can be done with any dagger, not just speedy. :)
When its glitched you click right click (it will lunge on spot) then reload to cancel the lunge in middle of the animation to be able to use other moves. (something like flip > block at sword, but, instead of block u use reload since daggerz don't have block :P)

I did a little extra research and you're actually right, sorry about that. It being as uncommon as it is, this is the first time I've encountered that technique.

At first glance I thought the replay was pretty iffy, and I should've given you the benefit of the doubt. Thanks for explaining and bumping this post, I hadn't seen this at the time of me doing the report.

omg lol... another one but this one, somenub, yes he is nub, that started by learning "DivineGates" from the nubie Monk, who ran away from my clan on igunz in 2005-2006 later joined ijji and said that he made a style by posting the fake tuts...
they still haven't figured out how to air-void cancel after all those years... just sad...
and he didnt want to believe me even after I was explaining quite detailed on how it works :(

btw about the "and as you all know I was the first to qbf via a block cancel" LOL! I was 2nd person to qbf back in 2005, far before u've even started developing any sword style :)

that's nice bro, I don't study hit rates, I study game mechanics and find ways to cause glitches, and this bf hacker was obviously not glitching. He was so stupid he told me "with this glitch you can leave the room and still do it". All legit glitchers know that if you leave a room it nulls any effect the glitch had. IF i were to glitch myself to do a block cancel and leave the room, my block cancel doesn't remain with me. Btw why don't you show me some proof, other than what you call the "perfect scenario", which no perfect scenario exists in gunz.

I didn't explain what block-cancel is, I explained that slash-cancel makes the block get cancel'd (slash cancel allows slash-slash, then animation gets stuck, block un stucks you and then block animation is skipped because the air movement(or your slash, which comes 1st) continues, then at slash-cancel, slash animation is skipped because of the block-cancel that supposed to finish by then. the better the canceling timing the faster the slashes will get.)

1st of all its slash-cancel allows 2void-slashes in air [2nd slash animation goes over the 1st one, meaning u cant see the 1st slash animation], block-cancel allows slash cancel to happen while canceling slash-cancel [meaning u cant see the 2nd slash],
slash-cancel makes you get stuck(unable to slash) after the 2nd slash, when u block it cancels the "stuck", then the new animation goes over the block animation [meaning u cant see block] and lock is cancel'd then u can repeat the slash-cancel>block-cancel again.
