manga character concepts

Hey guys, I've been working on my manga lately. ( Mostly writing, since I haven't touched photoshop in a DAMN while )
and I got the whole concept of the story figured out, I basically used soul eater as reference to the whole story, I love that anime.

so yeah my story will be about 2 futuristic assassins, a boy and a girl ( step brother/sister ) that wish to become the best assassination team out there.
however there's a big obstacle... they SUCK.

anywho, here's the character design of the male character in this story. I haven't thought of a name yet, who knows what I'll get ?

what would you like to help with?
I basically need someone to develop the story, and think of characters with SPECIFIC details.

I cant understand how people make those things with Photoshop..

Amazing, I think you should have it so his mask comes off, I think Manga looks better when you can see facial expressions.

why? what's wrong with photoshop?
I have been using it since like.. forever. so I have no idea how corel painter works. as far as I know, the UI of painter sucks donkeykongs balls.

Seems legit This character + epic story = legit manga do it like GANTZ :D

Im using photoshop for like 2 years but i have never used it to draw things

I can help you with story and Character specific details,I was also working on a manga my self i still have the concepts on paper but i'm to laizy to scan them.

People do drawings like that with a pad like sumthing they use, they have a weird pencil then u draw on the pad connected to the CPU then what u draw on the Pad comes out on the Computer :D tried it once with a friend it was LEGIT!

that's called a pen tablet, and it's super awesome.
I can't do anything without mine to be honest, I can't believe I used to photoshop just using a mouse for 2 years...

( for those wondering, I Have the bamboo pen MTE-450, i think it was like... 80 bucks? )
