Character Selection

Ok i saw Galaxy QQ about my character map NOT being in there,

McSic said its cause it crashed the client but it didnt to me so i dunno whats going on there.

2nd: McSic said he didnt want it to be fake fire rather real fire, i cannot make real fire or the map will logout.

So in all your honest opinion. do you guys really care if the fire is real or fake?

The fire does not move its just an image if yous honestly dont like just a image then ill make a new char screen

The only thing I see out of place is the logs should be more rounded,
but Idc about non-moving fire.

The fire looks great at the screenshot. But it doesn't look so great ingame.
Believe me, I used to love this map before I tested it ingame.
And the camera isn't moving, it's just 1 "image", you won't see more.
Putting an image instead of the real map and objects would have the same effect as nothing is moving.
You could really thing it's an image.

And when Warren added some new camera movements, so it doesn't look like an image but more like a real map (which it is) the runnable started complaining. (svchost.exe has to end blablabla)

That's why I didn't add it.

Look Sorry for ask but... Were do you test the bender maps?

i don't get what you are saying but all i can say is that mcsic sig (the second one) is pro and EVIL! hes watching you with his big black eyes like he was going to jump on you and kill you and after this eat you! It's EVIL!

Well it's never crashed any of my clients, why dont you give put it in fgunz and see if people crash, i highly doubt it will.

I bets its cause theres no sky in there

Erm, sky boxes arent necessery for maps at all lol
I would rather say that the Login Map has a Smaller Polygon Limit than a normal map.
When u look at the Station login, u will notice that theres only all viewable done, nothing else.
Well, its acutally just a bunch of models loaded on a empty map xDD

No, there is no sky in there for some reason

McSics just QQing over the fire

There must be a sky for EVERY map or it will crash

Nope, the curch has no skybox :P
And some other Servers also use Logins without skyboxes ;)
But u can try it with one xD

Like Mansion. Some servers edited the xml of Mansion and use it as Login.

Ehh i worded it wrong.

Church had A roof so does mansion

Any map that isnt enclosed will crash go try it (on debug mode you can load any map)

Load a map without a sky or a roof on a actual client you'll see im right
