Account got hacked.

My acc got hacked user id : brayton123
My character got deleted i checked players ranking
Staff ; PM me if u need more info, i can tell u email & Security question etc..

i had same problem u got hack my darkinb147
and hacked my forum account.

Private messaging McSic or Dave would be better since you don't wanna post your email and security question here.

I've pmed to mcsic this afternoon but he dindt answer i guess hes busy..

Some dude came to skype said to me, open this image u'll laughing ur ass off how i dropped you mate with 11-0 , i was like huh? opened since then all my fgunz accs got hacked even non donor email / skype / MSN / forum acc, a real life friend told me to reset my pc to factory thats what i've do, now evrything goes great & no more things such as a CMD chat with, "i've trolled you never trust a internetnerd, bye bye accs" thats what that hacker told me with a CMD message.. each time i tried to PM any staff he closes my internet, thats why i decided to reset my pc, yeah sorry bad english.. YOLO

K, you need to delete the keylogger.

Control+Alt+Delete open task manager then click process and end processes that you don't know like for example csrss32*.exe (that could be a keylogger).

If you still don't understand post here, I'll find you a video that could help you.

csrss.exe is that a keylogshit tho?

NO, csrss32*.exe is since there is nothing like that which runs on the computer/laptop.

1) Do a full system scan with http://www.malwarebytes.org/
2) Give me the skype ID of the person which attempted to hack your accounts.
3) Once I know your computer is clean, I'll continue to help recovering your account.

Dave i did factory settings, i just have fgunz in my pc no, i used Rat remover, more then 10 times, no rat found & Skype ID idk but hes name is vanilla the pinkish one.

Just find the old chat log in Skype, right mouse click the name on the left and press view profile.

Uuhm, dave how ? i've did factory settings evrything got deleted even my skype and since i cant login to my skype cuz he hacked lol.
