Edit: I see no effect of the lower delay on e-lunge whatsoever it's just cheap when you can stab that fast.

If you want the daggers to be re-balanced, recommend a change for all daggers.
Don't just say "lower/higher the delay" or "decrease the damage" because that's useless to me, I need to know the exact changes you want to see.
Exact change: Back to ijji delay.
they want the delay to be ijji like. current delays are very friendly for dagger users which makes certain moves rather easy and require very little timing compared to a high delay version of the move. might feel awkward for real d-stylers, or makes them not unique anymore. if you choose to increase the delay I would also increase the damage it deals. daggers are at a disadvantage so giving them a bit higher damage is a nice addition.
then again you should listen to d-stylers such as moh for example. I won't be using dagger anyhow.
level 45 ijji dagger:
Damage: 14
Delay: 356
Weight: 6 (they should be lower weight then swords for sure, to counter disadvantage.)

I just saw this, sorry didn't know there was a thread about it
Anyway, I used to D-style back at ijji for a year or so, daggers' delay are a little too low which messes up the E-lunges
Despite the speedy dagger I don't mind, but just the donor daggers have a high damage which is ridiculous, not to mention the free in-game daggers
I'll see if I can squeeze the dagger balancement in the next update.
If I need help with it, I'll post it in this thread.
