Ashe Signature

I made another signature, I think i have improved a bit? idk say your opinions
terrible text i know, couldn't get something better than this

The render is blurry -.o The effects are bad, and as you said the text is also bad. I suggest you watch A LOT more tutorials.

You have Improved a bit, still a bit of a way to go though, but keep at it, you'll get there.

You needa smudge around the render, it's a good effect with lightening. try it ;)

The text is pretty bad, but I guess you realize that by now.

The cape of the character is cut off, and you left it that way? Either make sure this is at the border of the signature, or use the stamp / heal tool to extend the cape yourself.
What was mentioned before, the character is blurry, I think some of your effects must have messed up.

It's always useful to learn how to work with masks, I'll tell you because you're new to these kind of things. For example, you could've masked the character and apply that to certain effects used, so that they wouldn't be applied on the character.
A mask is basically a selection / area where either can only be for example brushed in, or an area / selection that doesn't get effected by brush / effects etc.

I suggest you invest some more time in text and some additional tools.

tbh it's too long i don't think i can read it all 'twice', but of course i'll read the important parts that i think it would help me.

If you think you can't read it all, that means you won't succeed with Photoshop.
Being impatience about reading it means that you don't put a lot of effort into what you're doing.
Instead of wasting your time by doing another signature (which is gonna be another fail because you haven't read a lot of tutorials) by reading 1 content out of the whole contents, I strongly recommend you to read it all. It's not gonna teach you the basics but give you some imagination as well. And trust me, having a good imagination is a big advantage.

I have a problem with creating the text and I don't think I can get better at this, The render is blurry because I messed up with some effects as you said, I'll learn how to mask so the render wont be blurry anymore, i'll search for new effects or even i'll just change my style with creating signatures

That's what you should do because if you give up that easy and be like "Oh man that's way too much to read, I'm just gonna skip it" then that would be your outcome;

If you choose the hard way, well I can't tell you what your signatures would look like so why not give it a shot?

OT: Why don't you try to remove the light image on the render, get a better render of here and change the text.
