Revealing the ONE THING I still dislike about V8!

Don't know if its possible but probably a lot of work to give us players the option to move stuff around and resize stuff.
In mmo's a big aspect of a good mmo would be the diversity in UI design, I think gunz is no other (except for the fact that theres overall less things going on in your screen), i think giving us the ability to resize like, game lobbies and chat is a step in the right direction.
And while youre at it, give an option to choose an RGB/select a color from the list for different areas of the UI (maybe like generic areas - chat background color, the rim around the room lists, ingame hp/ap/level bar background..)

I remember this one.
Would move the chatbox below the lobby/friends/clan list or have no lobby list but a longer chatbox and the friends/clan list on its own page (something like social).

I honestly wouldn't mind this one instead. Only thing I'd suggest would be to flip flop the lobby/friends/clan list and the chatbox. Feels weird to the eye seeing the chatbox anywhere high up on the screen. Or like Bunny said, if possible make it so players themselves can rearrange the placement of things on the interface.

This is very true, don't know what the other guy is talking about. Game designers copy each other all the time or rather 'borrow' elements from other sources because frankly, it's much easier and a lot cheaper. If you look at most game trailers/concept art (even for AA+ games), you'll start to notice a constant familiarity in themes; it's solely because originality is expensive. The same holds true for pretty much most areas of game development, right down to even the game mechanics; if something is known to work well, it'll probably be recycled a bunch of times until it's worn out.

You could get into a whole separate conversation on the boundaries in what defines 'stealing' ideas and what constitutes 'being inspired' and the whole ethical dilemma that comes with each. Point is, borrowing ideas is extremely common in game development and even encouraged.

Also @Amers, dark mode would like to have a word lol. I swear dark mode themes are found in pretty much every site/app now. I wouldn't say brighter colours necessarily means better, especially considering apps like flux aren't really compatible with games.
