Just decided to download and play again.
Account is empty. No clothes or anything.
I had donated before. Can check transaction history etc.
my characters all are naked with nothing in inventory.
Not sure what happen.
Please assist.

Some of the donation items have been refunded long time ago, you should have coins instead (I just checked and you do have coins).
Is there a price changed for the donation items? I had only 300 coins left when I had bought 2 guns previously. Now 300 coins cannot even buy 2 guns.
No, there wasn't any price change. "Donation Shotgun" still costs 100 coins so you can buy both of the shotguns.
Also, Donation Shotgun number 2 costs 75 coins instead of 100 coins if you buy it today.
