Account hacked, everything "gone" ?

Hi!

So I haven't played in years, and now when I logged in, it said: "Items expired" with a list of Christmas stuff BUT also 2 Limit breakers.
Although I checked my account and it seemed like is has been logged in from India...
Since I'm not from India, I changed my password immediately.
Though I've lost my items, how can I redeem them back again?
