13:00: Currently busy with the maintenance. Server does not need a restart, yet.
13:58: Maintenance will take a bit longer.
14:34: Maintenance mostly done.
I think it's safe to say that the random freezes/laggs are now fixed after the maintenance and updates of yesterday.
I didn't notice a single "app hang" since the maintenance.
