Help me get DS4 Controller working to play GunZ

Hello,

Looking for anyone who may have information about getting DS4 Controller to work on FGunZ...

I am able to use the controller to send keyboard input in all of the menus, and with chatbar open. I am able to press ESC key while in game. However; all other inputs do not seem to be registered by the FGunZ client.

Wondering what I am doing wrong?

Possible some kind of anti-cheat protections?

If you have any advice please share it!

PS: Programs I tried - InputMapper, DS4Windows, reWASD, Steam Controller Configurator
Made the most progress using DS4Windows but like I say above the main control keys do not make it through when in-game (i.e. cannot jump, cannot attack, can only press ESC and leave to room).
