What would you like to see in V8? (real talk)

To start if off let me drop a spoiler (please do not fire me MikSik).

Real talk:
What would you really want to see in V8?
Keep it somewhat real with the current team they have (Admins+developers aka like 5-6 people at most)


My real talk:
I would like to see a quest ranking, say 1 point if you complete a quest (more if the quest is harder) and you lose twice the points you get if you do not complete it, example; win 1, lose 2, win 2, lose 4 and so on.
Creates a competition within the quest section of the game, next to clanwars.
And that they would get rid of all the crap gear and maps and turn the most played maps into GunZ themed maps (textures used by the original creators instead of some random ass look like Skillmaps > aka skillmap revamps and such would be good to see).

I feel like the new hitbox system isn't gonna work well to be fair, I feel like it will just delay fights to even longer extends since the hitbox is basically smaller which means you will miss a lot more. But I guess we'll see how it'll work.

I know they're working on this, but the balance of all the weapons is something I'm looking forward too. Currently 90% of the community uses shotguns and I'd like to see that change.

Clan War Voting
Few of their useless/unknowledged staffs demoted/fired how-ever u wanna call it

we have quite a few things that are very broken right now, i dont know how many of which are going to be fixed but still

one of the devs noted in my suggestion to balance the single largeswords so they have an actual use by giving them a unique animation, (one that looks like blademaster's spin attack from revelation online @stephan :o.o :o.o ) however i know that we dont really have any devs working on animations

we also have the scrider boss who is currently unavailable cause it has no *brains*

aswell as the ranking in challenge quest to see who had the fastest time

also the broken symbols in chat

basically u can look through the currently untouched suggestions in the suggestion section we have like 3 pages of those

Regularly scheduled maintenance. Been bugging 2 specific people about it for months now. : ^)

I would like to have all colored names removed, and also the elimination of catfishes.

more hacks less legit plays, we lack hacks

1] I would like to see the pills back because when we r using meds they take some time so please add HP/AP pills :)

That's exactly why they need a balance...

I personally would like to see more focus on pvp related stuff, cuz usually big updates are coming along with the larger part of the focus on quest(s) related stuff...

Improvements to the clanwar system.

Currently it isn't a unknown fact that FGunZ lacks of the clanwar aspect of GunZ, something needs to be added that will encourage players to clanwar regardless of their skill level. I'm aware we currently have a reward scheme via the competition page and also top 3 clans but for someone who lacks the competitive skill level will sadly not earn anything through those. I'd propose something more along the lines of;

Clan war tokens;

Every clan will be entitled to them regardless of their ranking however in order to receive them you have to participate in clan wars, for every clan war you play and win you earn percentage towards a token.

Now the key part is that you have to win to gain a percentage towards a token so yes there will be times when a friendly based skill clan will meet a top tier clan and not win therefore not achieving anything, however since there's a opportunity to earn tokens which amount to earning coins/event points, it'll encourage other friendly clans to participate and eventually match up against one another, as the clan war selection is random (I believe).

Obviously the idea can be played with but it's just a base way of improving the clan war activity here at FGunZ.

Its nice to make a map voting system in the duel tournament 4p or 8p(2 maps vote for 1, the most voted will be played)

this, however you did mention different ways to reward WINNERS of clan wars, something that in the first place requires alot of skill that many players dont possess. not every gladiator and quester can play clan wars for obvious reasons and its part of the reason the clan wars arent as active as they could be.

Definitely a random cw queue or players wars ( what ever u wanna call it ) and make some ranks so people with X rank will play vs people with rank X since for me at least, its annoying to see the same people cwing over and over and winning for example , yusa and bar

I think ya should add a co-leader spot in clans cuz its sucks when a leader makes someone an admin and that admin starts kicking other members that no one wants kicked and the leader isnt online. Then when leader comes back you gotta demote that guy or kick him and then find everyone again and add them back. Its just a real hassle. So i think a co leader position would be good for whenever the leader isnt online. I think a name change option for clans would be good to. Instead of having to close a clan and make a new one and then add everyone. Itd be alot easier if there was just an option to change the name of the clan.

I would like to see a candle med so i can have an e-candle date.

And also flowers. I love this game. it brings happiness in my life.

A way to have more than 3 custom crosshairs.

more skillmaps would be amazing.

New armors/ weapons that are comming, more VIP stuff (donation stuff), better anti-lead, re-vamp maps, faster updates in order to fix server issues (the fact that i have to wait 5 months for my dmg problem to be solved sucks), more competitive focus stuff, less questers, more cws, also new forum features and more emotes hehe xd.

Also I'm very concerned about the hitbox changes and weapon balances. I feel like it's gonna change the scene completely. Lets hope the changes gonna be fine and people will come back.

Pretty sure people will complain at first cause they are not used to new things, it will pass over time, people love to cry over every little thing xD.
As for quest, not saying there need to be less quest, but like maps need to be optimised, make them harder and remove the random crap.

Just looking forward to weapon balancing, currently the meta is being too meta so the only thing you see is shotguns and revs everywhere and the rest being scolded at because it is cheap bla bla bla. Make things like pistols and smg's viable... I'd sure as hell consider CW to be a thing if there was more weapon diversity in-game (so not just them being available in the bounty shop and then end up un-used, that or just call it FreestyleShotGunZ from v8 onwards...)

An option (id prefer permanent) to move back to 1.0 mechanics when it was a better game. GunZ 1.5 neutered a huge part of skill out of the game and it was MAIET's attempt to make it more casual to draw in users but all it did was piss off, and lose a lot of old players. The server with the most hype for competitive had 1.0 everything, and even though that's gone there's still many people who just don't play on FG because it's 1.5.
