Donors Disappeared?

Hey, so this is my first time logging back in for quite some time. I at first immediately noticed the new launcher, the new client, and new layout. When I logged back into my account all my characters were naked and I only have about 25% of the full donors that I should. I can provide pictures if necessary.

Some donation items were refunded, check your account page you should have received coins for them.

Both of your accounts contain coins.

Okay but I used to have a Duelisto, Genesis, Both meds, and multiple swords.

And only got refunded 550?


I can only buy 1 Shotgun and both meds now.

they should all in theory all be either lying in your account somewhere (make sure they aren't there) or refunded correctly.
If you still think somethings wrong, the only people who can help you are dave/mcsic so make a thread here
