Your second replay [002] does not work, however the first one which took place in High_Haven was good evidence on him (Round 4), he dishes out a lot of damage in a few shots, does the most unnatural 3 shot by shooting the wall and the floor and kills the second guy from full to 0 with only 4 shots mid-range. I'm leaning towards a yes since I already said my opinion about him on another thread (IndianGhost).
Very evident that he's using hitbox.
