we can rebirth twice only every 31 days and there are no countdown like you need to put a mark on the day you last rebirthed if you want to know when will be the day you can rebirth again or ask gms but sometimes we forgot when we last rebirthed and we cant just ask gm everytime we forgot so

MY SUGGESTION IS change the message "you can only rebirth twice every 31 days" to something like timer or day when you can rebirth again

also if possible lessen the days of next rebirth to 15 days because 31 days is too long OR make it atleast 3-4 characters can be rebirthed

tl;dr give more info about the rebitrh cooldown, example:

"You can rebirth twice every 31 days.

You have 14 days left until you can rebirth again."

The error message will now tell you when you can rebirth again. The other things you mentioned will not be changed.
