Could you upload your dump file when you crash the next time?
Edit: Never mind, the mlog tells us it cannot create a dump file.

open config.xml and replace
<NHARDWARETNL>true</NHARDWARETNL> to <NHARDWARETNL>false</NHARDWARETNL>
This won't stop you from crashing, just removed the LoadWave Error in the mlog :o.o
