Staff Changes & Game Moderator Applications

Freestylers,

Rash and CamelBoyBashy are now part of the E.L.I.T.E usergroup.
I would like to personally thank them for their time and also for dealing with the UC/OC reports.

Edit: Also thanks to Rash for maintaining the book of records.

They both done an excellent job.

Now this means the game moderator applications are open.
