FGunZ Update // 23 MAY 2020
Problems updating?
Add Gunz.exe and Launcher.exe (or the FGunZ folder) to the exception list of your anti-virus software and make sure to run the Launcher as Administrator!

Hey Freestylers,

a quick update to bring you some important improvements and bugfixes.

FGUNZ UPDATE // 23 MAY 2020
- Loading optimizations (faster loading) and bugfixes (e.g. some people were unable to play Citadel, they should be able to play it now)
- Fixed random crash
- Fixed a cosmetic headpiece that would give people low FPS and/or make them crash
- Fixed a bug regarding clanwar and gladiator clanwar points
- Fixed broken signs in chatrooms
- Improved display of team character names at left side
- Improved equipment display for quest relevant PVE items
- Fixed Race map spawns
- Added new free items to the bounty shop: Demon Hand (Men), Demon Hand (Women), Dark Lord Trousers (Men), Dark Lord Trousers (Women), Leather Wrap Shoes (Men), Leather Wrap Shoes (Women)
- Event Channel: /it and /bomb can only be used by staff

We also fixed ingame ranks (the ones you see in gameroom). They are updated hourly and are the same rank you see on fgunz.net

Additional note:
While not mentioned, this new patch has changed many timings and speed up players quite a bit. Some people who definitely do not macro are being accused of it. Logging on from one night to the new patch was like night and day and many people have confirmed they feel it and it's not just a placebo.

It's odd you'd say that. It wasn't mentioned because nothing was even remotely touched in regards to timings.

I do not know how GunZ works but I know it's a mess of code. My only guess is that the optimizations is the cause so there's less for FG to process thus faster input response. A handful of different people have commented on it being faster since the patch, whether or not this is how it's supposed to be or if its hyper-tuned OR FG was sluggish before below standards, and now standard is up to debate.
