idk what i did but its like this on my left side of the screen

Rotated ur screen 90 degrees ?. , try right click at desktop and find a option to rotate ur acreeen bak.

Drag the taskbar to the bottom of the screen.
If you can't, right click the taskbar and then uncheck "Lock all taskbars", then try and drag it.
