1st Replay - Even though he left and didn't come back, I'll count is as avoiding death because he left during he got flipped.
2nd Replay - Clearly avoided death.
3rd Replay - Again, he left and didn't come back at all.

I don't. I considered both of the leaving and not coming back as death avoid because he alt f4'd while getting flipped, something which would clearly allow him to avoid death.
However, if thats not enough, ill get more next time.

I've checked the logs and he already received 2 warnings in the past for avoiding death so he knew perfectly fine what he was doing. Therefore, user has been warned.
