Forum Chatbox Not Showing

logged in today and it appears my chatbox doesnt appear anymore no matter what i do (whether it was restart my computer or my router).
help would be appreciated

Try deleting cache & cookies for the forum.

I'm guessing it's the same as last time you had this problem where you've tried a different browser as well and tried on your phone and still not working?

no, this problem is definitely related to my personal internet connection as the chatbox on my phone works (when i use mobile data) unless i use wifi.

am i by any chance using ur internet ?

yikes, chatbox seems to be fine today, however it might disappear again or maybe hasn't reappeared for surfen who also has the problem so dont close the thread >_<
