This ID is banned from FGunZ.

Hi,
I need help!! I dont know why i was banned.
A few hours ago I had my account suspended, then disconnected. Reappears an update error The launcher cannot access the game. After fixed the error, my ID was banned... Creating a new account is the same.
Someone please help me??
