Suggestion description:
I was playing turbo tdm sno in vice just now and I noticed that there is no way to toggle the 'Let's Rock!' and 'Round X' text pop-ups. It was annoying, because most rounds are only 1 or 2 seconds long when you 1v1. Was kinda surprised to see there was no way to toggle it, so here's the suggestion.
