I'm afraid a single screenshot is not enough proof, could you provide more screenshots or even a F11 replay(even though it happened via whispers)?
? that ign was created just a while a go. that is the 1st and only message that I received. We were not in any room at the same time at all.
I've checked his main account and it looks like he has only 1 past offence of flaming/insulting which happened around 7 years ago, since then he hasn't received any punishment. As I said above, one single screenshot is not enough for a punishment so I will simply leave him an offline message in order to remind him the rules.
Also, you can always use the "/ignore" function on such people.
