help fix my spike pls

Hi I'm having an issue where I see everyone's movements as glitchy/teleporting but when I ask them if I'm spiking they say I don't have any signs of it (it's been like this for the past month or two).

I've tried to reinstall fgunz, I've restarted my router, none of these worked. Here is my speedtest:

even when im spectating someone it looks as if they are spiking (the frame skips at around 0:25)

Help me pleeeeze. this problem is only for this server i think (?) maybe it's not as apparent on others for me.

You can try using the /forcenat command.
