FG Installer problem

I downloaded the installer from http://www.mediafire.com/download/tq...+Installer.exe but when I open the installer, it said:

What should I do?

I just downloaded it but it seems to work fine to me.
Do you have any anti-virus installed that could cause this?

Maybe try downloading it from another download mirror.

Mirror 1 is simply a blank/white screen to me. Tried reloading several times but does nothing.
Mirror 2 says "The webpage is not available" after 5 seconds.
Mirror 3 is above.

Mirror 4 said shit about Chrome that I didn't know what to do.

IE is taking too long to respond and obviously doesn't work and I don't have any other browsers to try on.
