Problems updating?
Add gunz.exe and launcher.exe of FGunZ to the exception list of your anti-virus and make sure to run Launcher.exe as administrator!

An update has been applied today. Below is a list of all the changes.

Spy Mode
Thanks to hard work of Jetman, we finally have Spy Mode!

It works like this:
There will be 2 teams, 1 team consists of spies and 1 team consists of tracers. Each weapon has its own tool tip which tells you what the purpose of the item is.

Team Spy
If you are a spy, you will have 4 items: spycase, flashbang, trap and smoke grenades.
Your goal as a spy is to survive until the end of the round, if you do, you win the round. If you kill all of the tracers, you win as well.

Team Tracer
Tracers have stungrenades and landmines, which activate almost instantly and both knock your character down.
If you manage to kill a spy, an icon will show up on the screen to indicate a spy got killed.

When the time of the game is almost up, the time at the top of the screen will blink red.

Other Client Changes
We also applied the following changes to the client:

• Balanced the damage dealt for massives when wearing poison or fire elements.
• Fixed kick glitching at the end of a game.
• Fixed a crash with items that deal damage over time.
• Fixed a bug where the HP/AP of the person you killed showed inaccurate numbers.
• Fixed mouse freeing issue when game is closed.
• Minor changes to the anti-lead have been applied.
• Duel tournaments can now be started with 2 and 4 people. Note that there are logs so swappers will receive a warning and character deletion!

Spymode will be disabled for now until we can fix all known bugs.

Doing a quick patch to fix some crashes.
Also added StephanM to the credits list.

theres problem with duel queue it gives auto lose

I am getting a hacking attempt was detected. It happened in-game the first time and just in chat/game select screen the second.

I have no clue what would cause it. Only things open are web browser, discord, mumble (neither have overlays on), steam (no overlays), reaper (microphone stuff), and some spreadsheets.

Nothing is showing up in mlog. One of the spreadsheets was named macros.ods (use it for tracking calorie intake) but I closed that. Still happening.

If you mean for cwar, on't use it. it shouldn't even be enabled.

I m not able to see servers any staff can help???

It's been addressed and a fix is being pushed soon.

The cannot see server issue is not only for me but I asked mY friends also they said they also can't see and in cyber cafe they also can't see server what is this :(((

hello, if a developer can look into this, the gladiator game is basically broken.
i dont think spycases are supposed to be allowed in gladiator rooms.

i thought this was supposed to be fixed? which i assume means people can go to the game room without getting auto kicked, but it just happened so...

I was never complained to about that, I was complained to about a kick being started at the end of a match and someone being autokicked.

yeah, with the current kick system leaving the room while a vote is active will auto accept the vote if its on you. but that shouldn't happen if you only left to the game room, atleast imo, which had also caused the autokick at the end of a game

i only got a question to be honest for any dev


theres a glitch / bug that you can kick people in duel while youre playing but he goes to gameroom and kick is that fixxed ?


note : i dont play gunz that much but would be great for others also if this gets fixxed

There is a bug that when someone auto's to the other team that the team they auto'd from would still view them as a team member and be unable to kill them.ex i'm on blue team i auto to red team some people on blue team will still see me as a teammate

Patch notes:

• Couple of fixes in SpyMode.
• Applied a fix for a potential crash that would occur on some computers.
• Some fixes to the interface have been made.
• Couple of new VIP items which will be announced soon.

Soon we will publish a new donation method as well as some other cool things.

Looks like spymode is still broken, although tests on our development server worked fine.
Will close this thread until we know the cause.

Just pushed a patch that attempts to fix spymode and a couple of bugs/crashes.

Spymode caused these crashes.
I have disabled Spymode until it's fixed.
