Still can't find any servers

I've tried using https://developers.google.com/speed/.../using#windows
I've also re-installed the game quite a few times
And I've also done the inbound and outbound in the firewall but I still can't find any servers

What do I do now?

Have you tried restarting your computer, running the client as admin and restarting your router?

Disable your anti-virus.

I've done those..
I even bought a new computer..

Same problem here no fix that i've found which sucks :(
