Hello! My friend from brazil needs some help, he's having a trouble to access the site and couldn't find a server ingame it goes on and off.. He already follow the instruction from here FAQ Hints Tips Solutions Everything you need!
He tried to uninstall the AV and clean it with CCleaner, restarting the router and modem but it doesn't working.

If he has trouble accessing the site as in receiving white page, then he is most likely banned, would be a good idea for him to make a forum account and PM a GM just in-case to make a check and if he is not banned, he is probably using VPN / extension that's blocking access to fgunz.net, is he able to launch the client and update without any issues?
He said that he can play, but later on he can't see the server, it's going on and off for him. I ask him if he got banned or using an illegal program, and he said that he never use any hacks...Quote:
