Remove flash grenades

Suggestion description:

Remove the flashbangs from the game, no1 uses them other than to troll and it's annoying for the other people in the room.

edit: same thing goes for stun nade/stun nade launcher

I disagree, it is part of the game like smoke grenades *remembers it gave people FPS drops*.
Personally I like the see people get more diverse with flashes, smokes, nades and what not.

yea but with smoke nades u can't fk over your own team, so would it at least be possible for the flash bang to not affect your teammates?

While I do agree they can be annoying. You could also just add the EX tag to your trainingroom which you're obviously talking about ;)

Also if turning your head around is too hard maybe the problem isnt the nade but you.

but what you personally would like to see doesn't change the fact that no1 uses it and that it's literally only used to troll other people.

Otherwise I think that the flash should be changed to work more as it does in counter strike, and why does the ingame music start playing while you're effected by it?

yes thats the point of flash grenades

I've been using Flashes in other games and thought about using it here, however in a game like this the people in the room will typically just kick you if you start using it.

Would like it if it didn't affect my teammates.

Also not sure if there's a hit indicator when it does actually hit people, if not, there should be.

I think making them only have an effect on enemies would probably be fine to change.

i really don't think they're creating any diversity in this game because no one wants to use them unless it's for trolling purposes as everyone already said. whether they "belong in the game" or not is debatable since i don't think they fit... but if we're keeping them, i think they need a rework where they don't affect team mates... i'd also (personally) appreciate it if they had a changed visual and audio. the sound they make hurts the hell out of my ears lol, and maybe if it wasn't a pure white screen but rather a white overlay that dims what you're able to see if that makes sense.

It's fun to annoy people using this. There's no fun without it. Gaming is for fun, life is short don't be too serious.

Just checked and it now gives only a beep for me (with the background music ON) and it lowers the background music while 'blinded'.

Actually surprised how short the full white screen moment is, always though it was longer.

why would you try to buff that cancer

plz buff stun gernades launcher or even make a donor one. donor speed vials are useless and demand a refund! i disagree ur statement just because u suck doesnt mean u remove flash bombs

I have turned off music ingame but a flash makes the music come back, so not only do you get the annoying white flash but you start hearing the annoying music in for the duration. As soon as the flash is over the music stops

It needs a change, like not playing the music and no team flashing, in it's current state i would like to see it removed from the game as well.

Even the lamest games have flash grenades. And you want to remove it just for the sake of few players. Just make your own game without it, and play alone.

Leave the flashbang(s) alone! hihi :o.o

Incredibly stupid thing to say. Try actually argue for what you're saying. "Even the lamest games have flash grenades" is not a valid reason to keep it.

It's literally only used to troll and annoy people so there are some who would like it gone completely. Why keep something that's not ever used unless to irritate others? That's legit it.

If you want flashbangs to stay, then try to actually give a valid reason for it other than saying something so fkn stupid as "make your own game without it".

Interesting, guess I have to check that out again and ask around why it does that.. might be hardcoded.

i like them ..they are funny XD

if we're fixing flash nades for team mates plz also fix smoke nades, only use them when im playing 4 fun/trolling,

but when i throw smoke nades it highlights both enemies and my team mates. not useful if wanna hide ur team with smokes lol.
