Hello, I just downloaded into the game and I get a nat error and I see the other players in 999, how do I solve it? I leave you a speed test result of my internet so you can see that it is not my internet

I already did all of what it says and nothing still keeps coming out and I contacted my internet provider and he told me that those ports are not blocked.
Do you see everyone 999 ping or just some of them?
I get the error in the chat and it does not show me or the ping of the others
