What E L O stands for?

I asked on forum chat but i believe i won't get answer there

I know Elo is ranking system i don't care about that
I just want to know what E L O stands for?

Like HP stands for Hit Points
Then for what E L O stands for?

Not sure I'm right, but after a little research it looks like it doesn't stand for anything. The Elo rating system is named after the Hungarian-American physics professor (and 8-time state champion chess master) Arpad Elo, who originally devised his rating system around 1960

Usually youll see it in just about any competitive multiplayer games, they have rank play or anything like that where it gives your a number is Consider ELO, In CounterStrike it works basically the same even though you dont see it like you can with games like Chess, Valorant, Call of Duty, FG, Rocket league and more. Theirs usually some form of the ELO system worked in most of the games you play im sure.
