Suggestion Section Voting System

Beloved Freestylers,

I am pleased to announce the new Reddit-styled voting system that we now have in place for the Suggestion section, made by our loving Admin, Dave.

This will allow you to up-vote suggestions you would like to see implemented, and down-vote suggestions you dislike, and think should not be implemented. It makes it much clearer for us to indentify what people want, so help us out and get voting!
